Abstract(in English) We have developed a bulk tin absorber coupled Transition Edge Sensor (TES) microcalorimeter for gamma-ray spectroscopy with high energy resolution. To improve the thermal conductance between the absorber and TES, we created an gold bump post between the tin absorber and an Ir/Au bilayer superconducting film. Our sensor has achieved the good energy resolution of 166eV at 122keV and 526eV at 662keV.
