Abstract(in English) The development of Microwave Kinetic Inductance Detector (MKID) camera has been carried out at National Astronomical Observatory of Japan (NAOJ), aiming for a measurement of the B-mode polarization of the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) which is unique probe for the inflation era in early universe. The developed technologies and the current status at NAOJ are reported in this paper.
