Abstract(in English) | Smart community, a sophisticated infrastructure based on information and communication technology, is spreading into global societies. As driving force of this spread, the requirement of the future communication infrastructure and the innovative changes of the infrastructure are described. New community services by using hierarchy of the information networks and indispensable functions for the future communication infrastructure are proposed and described with the actual examples of "Green Society ICT Life Infrastructure Project" in Kurihara City, Miyagi Pref. and "Nagasaki EV&ITS Project" in Goto Islands, Nagasaki Pref. |
