Abstract(in English) | Recently, several studies that heart rate variability increase through respiratory methods are reported. In general, CANS activities are usually measured with frequency spectral analysis. Frequency spectral analysis is inappropriate on ventilatory muscle training because subjects should be controlled breathing frequency. The purpose of this study is to indicate the effect of ventilatory muscle training on the variation of CANS activities through Tone-Entropy analysis as compared with ventilatory muscle training and before and after ventilator muscle training trial. In this experiment, Threshold IMT was used to conduct ventilatory muscle training and twenty one subjects were participated. R-R interval were measured for five minutes was during voluntary breathing before ventilatory muscle training trial (V1), ventilatory muscle training trial (T), former voluntary breathing after ventilatory muscle training trial (V2) and latter one (V3). Our results show that total of CANS activities were activated during T and V3. HR was increased during T trial, and inversely decreased during V3. It is concluded that total of CANS activities were activated to increase HR during T parasympathetic nervous system activities were activated to decrease HR during V3. |
