Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This report investigates the effect of temporal and spatial quality of audio and video with output methods on QoE in audio-video IP transmission. For audio output methods, we employ concealment of lost audio packets and non-concealment. The audio concealment method makes use of packet copy of just before lost packets, while the other method just mute the duration of lost packets. For video output methods, we assume error concealment and frame skipping. We conducted an experiment with the combination of the audio and video output methods for several contents. As a result, we see that the effect of temporal and spatial quality of audio and video on QoE is different by contents and output methods.
