| Abstract(in English) | Pressure sensing technique using BOF(Band-pass filter On Fiber-end) was demonstrated. We tried experimental pressure sensor using plastic film on BOF, and obtained that it can measure hydraulic pressure below 500 kPa with good repeatability. |
