| Abstract(in English) | There are some conventional method for optical connector installation to the input and output fiber of the optical fiber wiring board, such as fusion splice of pigtailed optical connecter, or connector direct assembly process for input or output fibers. However, above mentioned processes are not suitable to achieve high density packaging or multi-function optical fiber wiring boards. We propose the MTPIPE (MT ferrules with Pre-Installed Pre-polished both Ends fibers) technique to achieve easy, reliable and low cost assembly. |
