Abstract(in English) | By realization of ubiquitous network society, ICT became an important infrastructure for our daily life such as electricity, gas, and water service. Especially development of mobile communications technology and the spread of smart phones or tablets are the big changes for these ten years. Nowadays, we can access any information easily always anywhere. Ubiquitous network society has brought an innovation not only in a life side but in the industrial side. In western coast of Hokkaido, the pioneering fishing which utilized ICT is operated. The fishermen aged from 30 to 70 use iPad for sharing fishery information aiming at resource management. The advanced example of ICT in fisheries is reported in this paper. |
