Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The light output from a semiconductor laser has high speed noise in both intensity and frequency region. We generate physical random numbers from frequency noise which will be converted into intensity frequency noise by using a frequency discriminator. In this report, we compared two random numbers, one is generated from the free-running laser and the other is generated from the narrower-oscillation-width laser.
