Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We examine the method to realize sufficient transmission change of a radio wave shutter with a small number of varactor in order to change between shielding and transmission states by a low voltage. Radio wave shutters are designed to change between shielding perpendicularly incident radio wave about 90 % (transmission rate: -10 dB) or more and transmitting half power (transmission rate: -3 dB) or more in the frequency band of WiFi (2.4 GHz band) by composing a variable reactor of two varactors or one, and prototyped.
