Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Metal patch size on the dielectric substrate changes the reflection phase. We designed and made the RCS reduction substrate using M-sequence pattern whose reflection phase was local changed random and doesn't match forward direction. In this research, we made 2 type substrates whose patterns periodic are different. As forward reflection characteristic, we verified that the substrate has reflection attenuation more than 20dB nearby 10GHz and 11GHz. Moreover, they reduce monostatic RCS at the front and have less RCS at other angles.
