Mashup Applications Based on Screw LOD

Abstract(in English) A wide variety of mechanical parts circulate in the field of manufacturing. A set of codes for products is necessary for EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) that supports distributions of them. Commonly such product codes are maintained by a certain organization of business community. While Linked Open Data is getting popularity it is quite meaningful to construct semantically rich information over such product codes. In this paper we utilized so called "N-ken Data" that is EDI supporting code of "Dai-byo-kyo (A business community for screws in Osaka)" and made LOD from it. Based on the LOD, we have developed some mashup applications in order to provide a new CAD service in the field of mechanical engineering.
