Abstract(in English) | Rotary encoder attached to the shaft of the motor or the like. Rotary encoder is a position sensor that converts the number of the output pulse the rotation angle of the input shaft. The encoder is characterized in that it can detect an increase-decrease in the amount of movement. This paper describes the development of rotary encoders with high accuracy using existing technology in the study. Present there are many needs to be realized by making the high precision rotary encoder to improve the machining speed and machining accuracy of the machine tool. |
