Abstract(in English) SC-OFDM(Single Carrier Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) has received attention in recent years because of its robust error performance in multipath fading channels and peak power performance similar to conventional single carrier signals. In this paper, we propose a method that reduces out-of-band power emissions by inserting fixed symbols in an SC-OFDM block without reducing data rate. The out-of-band emission performance, peak-power characteristic and bit error rate performance of the proposed method are investigated by both experiments and simulations.
