Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper introduces a blind frequency compensation method for direct spectrum division transmission (DSDT) adapter. The DSDT adapter is inserted between the existing satellite's modem and antenna. In the transmitter (Tx) side, the DSDT adapter divides the single carrier modulated signal of the existing modem into multiple sub-spectra and assigns them to unused frequency resources. In the receiver (Rx) side, the divided sub-spectra are combined and the single carrier modulated signal is regenerated. In this paper, we propose a blind frequency offset compensation scheme for the DSDT by using correlation between the transition bands of the adjacent sub-spectra. Experimental results show that it holds the BER degradation to less than 0.3dB.
