Abstract(in English) In this paper, we developed a simulator, which can simulate human evacuation behavior in case of large urban disaster with GIS information such as road, buildings and evacuation point around 1km^2 area of Sendai station. In addition, we compared the evacuation achievement rate between the two scenarios; no communication system is available, and a local information sharing system is available. In the latter scenario, people can share the current capacity of the evacuation point, transportation operation status and road damage information. Every person could complete evacuation within 3 hours when information sharing is available, on the other hand, more than 1/3 of people was still evacuating at the same time length when no communication system is available. The importance of local information sharing in case of disaster was demonstrated in this simulation.
