| Abstract(in English) | M2M communication is expected as core technologies to explore new ICT society, where machine type terminals such as sensors and actuators trigger or terminate M2M services. Concerning standardization, we are facing new stage, that is, oneM2M has aimed to define a common specification on requirements and architecture of M2M systems. We believe that the role of M2M area network is important to disseminate M2M communication. Then, the short range wireless communication committee would like to have an opportunity to discuss issues and requirements of M2M area network based on a number of usage scenes given in this panel session. |
