| 抄録(和) | 本研究では, 5人の集団討議場面において,自己肯定感および社会的スキルの高低が葛藤対処方略にどのように影響するかを質問紙と映像分析の両面から明らかにするものである.実験の結果,自己肯定感の高い者は,討論の際に自分の意見が採用されたと感じ,討論の結果に満足する傾向にあることがわかった.自己肯定感の低い者は,自分の意見が採用されたか否かに関わらず,討論の結果に満足しない傾向にあった.他方,社会的スキルの高い者は,会話に満足していなくても,積極的に会話に参与し,同意を示す発話をする傾向にあることが確かめられた.このことから,社会的スキルの高低は視線行動や対処方略として表出されるのに対し,自己肯定感は必ずしも他者から認知される形で表出されることはないことが示された. |
| 抄録(英) | In this study, we used questionnaire methods and video analysis to examine how the level of self-affirmation affects conflict resolution strategies in group discussions participated by five people. Our experimental results showed that those with a high level of self-affirmation tended to feel that their opinions were adopted in the discussions and were more satisfied with the results. On the other hand, those with a low level of self-affirmation tended to be unsatisfied with the discussion results, whether or not their opinions were adopted. The results also showed that those with greater social skills were more eager to join in conversations and tended to show more agreement, even when they were not fully satisfied with the conversations. In summary, the result suggested that a person's social skills were expressed as visual behaviors and resolution strategies, while self-affirmation did not necessarily express itself as readily recognizable forms. |
