Abstract(in English) Customers expect the real-time transmission of high-quality communications to continue uninterrupted. We have created a basis for developing an optical line transforming system that diverts transmission signals from a current line to a detour line without interrupting communication. In this paper, to determine the adjustment length for the detour line, we propose the delay measurement with high precision in a wide range between duplicated transmission lines using pulse correlation and phase-frequency detector.
