Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes and examines the two-stage model which estimates static household information such as a household size using the power consumption data measured on a panel board. The two-stage model is consisted of the short-term model and the long-term model. A preliminary survey which has 2,950 participants living the Greater Tokyo Area, collects monthly power consumption. The result shows there is a tendency for power consumption to rise as the size of household, but there are great differences between individuals. It means it is difficult to construct an estimation model for house size of monthly power consumption. A field test which measures the power consumption every 15 minutes in the participants' house, was conducted. It had 180 participants living near Tokyo area. As a result of the test, the two-stage model achieves recall of 84.1%, precision of 94.0% and f-mesures of 88.8%, improving 6.4% than the conventional model.
