Abstract(in English) We focused on a coaxial probe method for the dielectric property measurement of biological tissues and organs in millimeter wave frequency region. A dielectric probe, which can be applicable up to 110 GHz, was developed, and the measurement uncertainty for the proposed system was evaluated by using Monte Carlo method. Furthermore, a measurement result for a biological sample was also reported in this study.
