Abstract(in English) There are many studies used the eye movements. The most studies use the special eye camera. However, a method that uses a special eye camera is hard to use in the welfare facilities. Therefore, we need the system that can be used in the welfare facilities. This paper proposes the system to estimate of the state of mind. The system measures the eye movements with facial images using a HD-camera. The proposed system can be used in the welfare facilities. It is a simple and useful system that processes captured image using a camera.
