Abstract(in English) | Various kinds of independent radio systems are better converged to LTE systems. This paper analyzes cellular systems are far more spectrum efficient than most of the trunked radio systems. Licensing small chunk of spectrum to small organization is the main reason. Total national spectrum efficiency can be greatly improved by providing unified broadband license and adopt LTE technology. |
