Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Demand for wireless communication has increased significantly, on the other hand, the frequency band available for wireless communication is scarce. Use of wireless communication in the TV white spaces has been promoted in various countries, and primary user protection is mandatory. Particularly, very strict transmit spectrum mask is configured by FCC in USA. In order to effective use of TV white spaces, this report proposes a transmit power control method based on adaptive time-domain windowing processing for orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) based wireless communication systems operating on TV white spaces.
