Abstract(in English) This presentation examines the problems and significance of the concept of privacy as control over one's information. The theoretical problems are (1)the range of information a person should control over , (2) the incorrect analogy of the right of control over one's information and the property right, (3) the broadness of the concept of privacy, and (4) the need for social regulation for privacy protection. The Practical problems are (1) the actuality of consensus, (2) the limit of the control over one's information in "Big Data", and (3) the difficulty of control over personal information on the internet. The significance of the concept of privacy as control over one's information consists in its function for building and maintaining of various human relationships.
