Abstract(in English) The purpose of this paper is to elucidate the ethical problems concerning the REAL-TIME video/audio streaming of elementary and junior high school classroom interactions, and to explore steps for resolving those issues. We have previously discussed[IEICE-ISEC2013-16] the ethical problems concerning the video/audio ARCHIVED recording of classroom interactions. In this paper, we will particularly focus on discussing REAL-TIME video/audio streaming. REAL-TIME video/audio streaming/viewing differs from showing/viewing an ARCHIVED recording at a later date in the extent of information sharing involved and the difficulty of controlling that information. Thus it is assumed that there is a drastic difference between the two cases in the level of care that must be taken in dealing with the various issues. For this reason, we discussed the properties of REAL-TIME video/audio streaming or actual cases of classroom interactions, and evaluate the ethical problems.
