Abstract(in English) We develop a white cane to set up a Braille block on the path to the room want to go by user. It is difficult for visually handicapped person to go to the place where no Braille block. Therefore, the present study used the technique to identify the user's position using a wireless LAN access point and GPS, sensors, Web camera, to identify the route.
