Abstract(in English) | The purpose of this study proposes simple evaluation method for product design, based on mental model construction of human. We got participants to operate three products have different steps and clues, and investigated mental model construction in quantitative and qualitative from questionnaire survey. The investigated data was analyzed by use of Mathematical quantification theory class III, Cluster analysis and Protocol analysis, and then evaluation items and level of its importance were made based on the result of analysis. At last, they were proposed as a simplified evaluation method of check. |
