Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Cognitive Dysfunction is a diagnosed state of symptom such as dysmnesia and attention disorders sourced of various diseases. This symptom is expected to be recovered by medical treatment, but may cause trouble of driving according to its severity. The Public Safety Commission determines whether or not the patient are eligible for driving under the Road Traffic Act. But in case of Cognitive Dysfunction, no one can judge the driving eligibility properly since there is no single standard how these dysfunction affect on driving. By putting on the wearable sensors on these patients, authors analyzed patient's driving action data at the driving school course. From experimental data obtained by seven patients of Cognitive Dysfunction, it is highly expected that our system can detect the specific driving actions based on Cognitive Dysfunction symptoms.
