Abstract(in English) We have proposed a wide area virtual layer-2 switch architecture with logical centralized control to use network equipment effectively on metro network which is wide area layer-2 aggregation network for connecting users' residential gateway to edge routers. The architecture has scale-out control that can improve the route control performance to trace dynamic reallocation of virtual routers to physical resources in order to use network equipment effectively and robustly. The routes are controlled in parallel flow-by-flow on the proposed architecture. When edge router failure occurs, the controller must change the routes of all flows passing the failed edge router, and the load imbalance of this route change occurs among parallel processes. If we can distribute this load evenly, we can decrease resources for the controller. Therefore, we propose algorism to allocate flows to parallel processes according to the virtual router reallocation. Furthermore, we evaluate the algorism by simulation and show that the proposed algorism can distribute the load among parallel processes evenly.
