Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We proposed short-time nap system that designed to reduce driver's drowsiness by using the system about 20 minutes. This system was characterized by physical stimuli to prevent degradation during nap time occurred after awakening. In this study, we confirmed that the optimization of tactile stimulus for the user and the system made possible keeping light sleep and lowering sleepiness after awakening by vehicle experiment. The system improved performance and subjective sleepiness of the user.
