| 抄録(和) | 本論文では高電圧入力を必要とするアプリケーション用のスイッチトキャパシタを用いたLLCコンバータ回路について提案する.今回提案する回路ではスイッチトキャパシタのフライングキャパシタを2つに分割し,LLCコンバータの共振容量として用いている.この回路ではスイッチの耐圧が入力電圧の半分のものを使用することができる.さらに,接続するスイッチやキャパシタの数を増やすことによって提案回路ではより高い入力電圧を必要とする回路にも適応が可能である.今回の提案回路では入力400V,出力24V,5Aで実験を行い,93.1%の効率を達成することができた. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper presents a novel LLC converter combined with switched capacitor for high voltage applications. The proposed converter divides the flying capacitor of the switched capacitor into two parts, and uses them as resonance capacitors of the LLC converter. The proposed method reduces the switch voltage stress to a half of the input voltage, and the current in switches are a half of that in transformer. In addition, by increasing the number of switches and capacitors to connect, the proposed converter can be adapted for higher input voltage. The principle of operation and the characteristics of the proposed converter circuit are analyzed and verified on a 400 V input 24V/5A output experimental prototype, of which efficiency is 93.1% at rating condition. |
