Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper shows that the maximum operating frequency of the class E power amplifier depends on the transistor duty ratio. The maximum operating frequency increases as the duty ratio decreases under zero-voltage switching (ZVS) and zero-derivative switching (ZDS) conditions at fixed values of the output power, dc supply voltage, and shunt capacitance.
