Abstract(in English) | C_<60> has been attracting attention as an organic FET materials of n-type, aiming nanoscale FET in this study. To clarify the electrical properties by growing a whisker of C_<60> μm scale as the first stage. However the growth location of the C_<60> whiskers, control of the growth direction is not possible, we focused on dip coating and surface treatment. Growth control the position of the C_<60> whiskers, aimed at controlling the growth direction of whiskers C_<60> by dip coating by imparting hydrophilicity to a surface treatment. To weigh the case which has been subjected to O_3 treatment electrode and if untreated, between the electrodes in this study. In addition, the report has been the transition of monomers and polymers by ultraviolet irradiation temperature and C_<60> whisker. C_<60> whiskers be to transfer the polymer into changes in electrical characteristics. So while measured by Raman spectroscopy C_<60> whiskers were produced, and measured current characteristics. |
