Abstract(in English) We present in this study some concrete application examples of research in marketing science, organized following two broad themes: first, structuration and integration of the various data available to a company, such as sales history, web logs, product reviews, social networks, surveys or qualitative studies; second, building of a statistical model of the average customer, and population segmentation based on customer's values. We illustrate these subjects through specific case studies of our ongoing research applications.
