Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Utilization of high-order quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) formats is very attractive to realize for 400Gbps per-channel data rate as a promising candidate for the next generation transport network. Phase noise tolerant technique is nessesary for realizing high-order QAM system whose peformance is degraded heavily from laser linewidth at transceivers and nonlinear effect occured through optical fiber transmission line. This paper shows the analysis of the effect of phase noise mitigation using pilot tone.
