Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We investigated Self-Phase Modulation (SPM) and Cross-Phase Modulation (XPM) tolerant by effect to nonlinearity of optical fiber using 16QAM with dual polarization differential phase-shift keying (DPDPSK) in 10Gsymbol/s. The SPM- and XPM-tolerant performance were evaluated by computer simulation. In the results, 16QAM with DPDPSK is superior to tolerant the SPM and XPM.
