Abstract(in English) We have developed the tunable distributed amplification (TDA-) DFB laser array tuned by single tuning current without mode-hopping for high-speed (< 1 μs), high-accuracy (< 1 GHz) wavelength switching. We have demonstrated sub-ms switching time with a technique for suppressing thermal frequency drift in TDA-DFB laser array. In this paper, we confirm the improvement of thermal drift compensation in a narrow spacing TDA-DFB laser array by experiment and demonstrate sub-μs channel switching with a thermal drift compensation technique.
