Abstract(in English) We have developing visual annotation system. We record the practicing scenes at model classes, presentation practices, nursing practice classes in educational institutions, such as universities. Then we get comments from evaluators and promote learners review. It is difficult to input evaluative comments browsing recorded visual scene because visual scenes move quickly while inputting comments. Therefore, we propose the measure for tagging on screen images. This means we input tags on the points where we would like annotation on screen and add evaluative comment about input tags. It is also possible to input tags on arbitrary points and intervals on the screens.
