Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Anisotropic carrier transport in oriented organic polymer semiconductor film is studied by using the time-resolved microscopic optical second harmonic generation (TRM-SHG) measurement. The TRM-SHG imaging directly visualizes a difference in the transient carrier velocity along various transport direction in the oriented polymer film at a time. Coupled with the temperature dependence measurement, this method enables us to evaluate the activation energies of the carrier transport along any directions.
