| Abstract(in English) | This article introduces the IPTV service, "Hikari-TV", provided by NTT Plala Inc. We have mainly provided TV service (IP broadcast), VOD service, karaoke service, and the retransmission of DTT (Digital Terrastrial Television)/broadcast satellite digital broadcasting. In fiscal 2011 and 2012, we started providing VOD service for smartphones and tablets, ebooks service, music service (all-you-can-listen), etc. In fiscal 2013, we are planning to offer new services: cloud gaming service, etc. This paper describes the overviews of the new services, and introduces the recent topics aiming at the future development of the service. |
