Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Lead sulfide (PbS) films were deposited by chemical bath deposition (CBD) method on glass substrate. PbS films were prepared under various deposition conditions where the number of times of soaking the substrate (cycle soaking), solution temperature and amount of thiourea were varied. Surface and cross section morphology of deposited films was investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Optoelectrical property of films was studied by using photoconductivity. SEM investigation and measurement of photoconductivity reveal that thickness and ΔIs increased with increasing solution temperature. The results suggest that ΔI_s increased with the film thickness. But ΔIs decreased above a film thickness at a fixed deposition temperature. The largest ΔIs was obtained by optimizing the amount of thiourea at 90℃ with one cycle soaking.
