Abstract(in English) | A mixture of a vinyl monomer and a photoinitiator was spin-coated to obtain a photoreactive thin film of small molecules. The film was irradiated with UV light through a photomask to selectively polymerize the irradiated part, and then rinsed in an organic solvent to obtain a patterned polymer thin film. It was found that by using a bifunctional monomer and annealing the film after the patterning, the patterned film attains high resistivity to organic solvents. It was also possible to dope the pattern with a phosphorescent iridium complex. The film was applied to prepare an organic light emitting diode. |
