Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We studied the optimum condition of ultrasonic propagation by our simulator as measuring method and visualized the ultrasonic waves. We simulated the detection of steel block with guided waves by air coupled ultrasonic testing of V-transmission method. We simulated the needle tip detection by using the diffraction wave as medical ultrasound. V-transmission method, the optimal probe distance was obtained by simulation. In detection of steel block by guided waves, we obtained the optimal condition of the thickness, the frequency, the incident angle, we compared the theory and the experiment from the waveform of needle. The ultrasonic probe for puncture was described as the example of the needle tip detection for the medical application.
