| Abstract(in English) | We developed both up and down mixers based on the harmonic mixer for 60 GHz band wireless communications. They have been evaluated using the function which is the absolute power calibration by a power sensor and the phase calibration by the comb generator on the Agilent N5247A VNA. In this report, we would like to describe that the each mixers are improved 4% EVM successfully. |
