Abstract(in English) Practical attack information such as attack traffic and malware samples is extremely important for researchers in the field of cybersecurity. However, in order to continuously collect practical latest attack information, a good technical knowledge, skills, environments and operational costs are required for the researchers. On the other hand, our project called "nicter" has been collecting a huge amount of valuable attack information for more than seven years. In the project, there has been a strong demand to securely provide the attack information to outside researchers. To address such a demand, this paper proposes a platform named "nicter open network security test-out platform (NONSTOP)" which provides an isolated environment where users can remotely access and analyze various information resources. The purpose of NONSTOP is to encourage researchers to come into the research field in order to advance research and development of cybersecurity.
