Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We are developing a PC operation system by speech recognition for physically disabled person with a speech impediment. We achieved high speech recognition rate by customizing a word and pronunciation. This system is used as a PC operation system effectively by a target user. We have developed a PC operation system newly using speech recognition engine Julius. Julius is the speech recognition engine of open source, and it can easily be incorporated into the system. Also it is possible to customize the acoustic model, we expect high speech recognition rate.
