Abstract(in English) We have been involved in the development of a fiber length stabilization system for highly phase-stabilized RoF (Radio On Fiber) system. In this paper, experimental results of RF signal distribution over optical fiber with fiber length control based on optical heterodyning technique are presented. The phase stability of 0.09 [deg.] has been obtained for RF signal of 20 [GHz] over 120min with fiber length stabilizer.
