Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper explores whether we can justify the restriction and prohibition of using social media to publicize communication within a group or in an encounter. Sometimes the use of social media to disclose communication that takes place within a group, as well as for mass media reports, is restricted or prohibited. Such restriction is justified by the concept of group privacy. It keeps the communication within a group secret and facilitates communication within the group, because disclosure of the interaction and people's words may have a chilling effect on communication and speech.
