Performance of Duobinary Transmission with Nyquist-filter in Optical Fiber Communications

Abstract(in English) We compared the performance between the receiver-side duobinary shaping transmission and duobinary transmission with roll-off filter. We evaluate these techniques by computer simulation in case of 3-channel WDM with channel spacing 25GHz. In the results, it was shown that the duobinary transmission with roll-off filter was good OSNR performance.
